1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days across India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier service availability.

  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹79 may apply on orders below ₹999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional fee.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order in real-time using the provided link.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the order is undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, it may be returned to us.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Courier issues

    • High order volume

  • Mama Hug is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product or an incomplete order:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    • Share clear photos/videos as proof

  • We will resolve the issue on priority.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate.

  • Mama Hug is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
