Return Window:
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Important Requirement (Must Read):
To claim any return for damaged, defective, or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

Return Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Damaged or Wrong Item:
Report within 48 hours of delivery with:

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care products
  • Customized items

Refunds:

  • Processed within 10 business days after approval
  • COD orders refunded via bank transfer or store credit

Cancellations:

  • Allowed only before order is shipped
